Maybe? Our weakness is post play and guarding big men. Now with him and Crawford going it will be a long season in pussy cat country.

Crawford story has been dismissed- he's staying.

Morris only played hard in about 10 games this year.

So can he play immediately for the Knicks, or does he have to until next year?

Nice to know that Crews and Chims can match up against NBA free agents.

My question about the situation is this: If Morris was a free agent, could he have signed with an NBA team in mid season, and left UK?

I believe that is correct. He's been considered a free agent ever since he wasn't drafted in '06.

It's funny. Here in Kentucky, no one thought Morris would try and screw them over again.

I there wasn't an NBA team that thought he was good enough to play the pre-fax, what has he done since then to prove that he is going to be a good NBA player post-fax?

That wasn't directed at you, just a question in general. I definitely got the sarcasm about Isaiah being the best talent evaluator in the NBA.

They're basically banking on him for long term potential.. Unfortunately, I don't see him being a major contributor anytime soon.

How is leaving school after your junior year for the NBA screwing anybody over?

Have you guys seen him play this year? He is a legit 6'10" banger who can score. He can guard other bigs and he rebounds very well. He is ready for the league, and I expect him to be a solid NBA player.

After Morris wasn't drafted in 2006, he told everyone he would stay at UK through his senior season. He didn't, so I would say that would be screwing them over. Morris is a decent talent inside, so Kentucky is obviously going to suffer from his absence next season. How is that not screwing UK over? Get a clue.
