Got down to 195 at the end of Jan. I weighed 205 the other day. You just have to eat a whole lot of food. 3,000 cal. plus!

I didn't look skinny. It wasn't skin and bones it was all muscle. I just couldn't get use to the idea of weighing that much. So I did the gallon of milk a day and got up to 185.
