yes - just no more fried food & stress mgmt, if thats at all possible and the enzymes should go back down on the plus side the A1C was 7 - way better than i was expecting

Anyone ever been to a gentleman's club where they serve food? I've seent this on TV and wondered if that is accurate.

Tiffany's in Memphis used to have a breakfast buffet. I have been there when that started, but never ate the food.

Dallas today and tomorrow, fly to beach Sunday morning, fly to Austin next Friday, fly back to Memphis next Sunday and drive up to Nashville that next Friday.
