I have done a bunch at Seacrest (as has Sparty - RIP). It is cheaper than Seaside and Rosemary. Houses are not for 2, though. Nice community pool but a hassle getting to the beach since you are on the north side of 30A.

We stayed at 98 Gulf Point Road (Santa Rosa) in March. Great house with a pool and close to a beach that, at that time, was not overrun. It is a big house though so maybe more $$ and size than you want. House is owned by Memphians.

i will prolly have 4-5 but only going to be there 3 days so don't want to break the bank

Went to the local nursery to pick up veggie plants today... saw these birds, and had to have em.

Needed a prep table at the smoker, could not find one so I put this together...butcher block top, iron legs... simple. and just needs another coat of poly to endure the outside weather.

Neighbor has a nice little clay pit place on their patio, and it was throwing some nice heat... so, I ordered this today for my patio,

It's tougher to rent houses for that short of trip. We always do Saturday to Saturday rentals, which I perceive as standard for many properties. Will be interested in what you pick.

I used to prefer Destin, but it became too "touristy" for me. But Miramar is still close enough to visit that scene if you want.

Lost my evening to Comcast. DVR won't take a recording all of a sudden and they wanted to replace the box. Had to convince them that the box was not the issue, which they finally agreed. Now a technician is coming on Saturday but that will be a waste as well - I believe the problem is on their end. They even said there is an issue with the server which prompted me to remind them that the server is not in my house.

Customer support follows a script and if the problem deviates from that script and listed solutions then a technician visit is their answer -- even if it won't fix the problem. They assume all customers are ignorant.

I went to Tier 2 and s/he was talking with Tier 3 (who agreed with me that replacing the box was not solving anything).

95, If you don’t mind me asking, who is Sparty, I get the RIP. I’ve never seen him. In zone years, I’m relatively, new.

Good dude who is originally from Memphis. Lives near Nashville. He was pl3 then changed to Spartacusvol or something like that. Ain’t nobody got time for that so he’s Sparty.
