Anyone can make a good burger, granted it isn't a Vol Burger but face it, it's just a burger. My favorite steamed is Turkey and Smoked Cheddar on Pumpernickel with spicy mustard and mayo. Steamed sammiches are a lost art. Steamers are about $1000 each for good ones. The pizza burger is a work of art.

Roast beef and Swiss on pumpernickel steamed is great.

I usually don’t like the heaviness of marinara sauce on a sandwich, but I’ll try it next time I’m there.

One day to myself and three days, who knows. My company doesn’t allow us to travel far during all this. But I do know, two days are going to be devoted to my granddaughter.
