I like Birkenstocks, but I've been wearing Mephisto for about 15 years. My favorite pair of church shoes are Mephisto too. They make a good shoe.

That's what I do. I don't always wear socks with my flip flops, but don't tell anyone cause it would ruin their night. They think I sleep that way.

I wore Birks for a long time - I'm sure that doesn't surprise Souce. Used duct tape to extend the life of my last pair. When they finally couldn't be worn any longer, I switched to flip flops full time.

I had a pair last me 10 years twice. And I could still wear my 10 year old Birkenstocks.

Ones I have I love the way they look and feel, but the toe strap broke on one about a month after I bought them and...they mine.

Reef will send me another pair with no question. I've heard. But have never had to find out.

I switched to Keenes several years back. That toecap is a lifesaver. I do have one pair of chaco's that I only bought because the straps are printed with the steal your face design, although I bought them a half size to big for toe protection.

I've got a pair similar to those that a beach bum down on Ft. Myers Beach makes. I don't wear them because they're just too cool. The guy died several years ago.

My feets don't smell because I keep them free.
