High on my wish list for the eventual remodNo, not a one. I first put it in the previous house.
I’m not very religious about oiling it, although I do occasionally with food-grade mineral oil. (Gorgeous when I do.) Otherwise, it’s pretty much impervious to heat and our enthusiastic (and mop-worthy) food prep and cooking. It seems to be completely idiot-proof.
