Got so sick of hearing about grouper, request for grouper, why is it so expensive, why does it have worms, what's the difference in black, red, gag, Goliath etc, why are you charging me $8.95 to cook grouper I caught and cleaned, when is the boat coming in, how long do the boats stay out....grouper grouper gropuer....grouper.....servers get in the weeds explaining chit about fricken grouper to every single fricken table every fricken day. That's part of it.

Same with Margaritaville and our live music people. Didn't matter what type of music the band or person played, every 30 minutes someone wanted to hear Margaritafrickinville.

I can see that if you're around it every day.
I'm curious, because I've never spent a lot of time in that part of Florida where you are.
Is snook a pretty common fish in the restaurants there?
I mean, I figure grouper, snapper, mahi....but what about snook? and did anyone off the boats ever have you cook triggerfish? I like triggerfish a lot, but have only caught them on the Atlantic side.

No commercial fishing for Snook. Yes I've had grey triggerfish.

I love grouper, probably my favorite thing , and I've been talking about it today 🤣. I've never asked anything about it though, just ordered it, and ate it. I can see how that would be annoying though.
