Kentucky has 20 yards of offense in the first half verses WKU... to be fair there were 2 dropped passes... but still very anemic performance by UK in the first half.

If I were a KY fan I'd almost prefer to know this was result of the coaching staff being in deep with the bookies. Sad.

If there was ever an opening-night game ever played on semi-national television, I would hate to know my team looked like this. I'm actually a little embarrassed for UK right now.

Sorry there seems to be a discrepancy. ESPN.com is saying 20 yards, the ESPNU is showing 35.

The awfulness of the offense can't be directly attributed all to Randy Sanders. However...I expect you not to look like a Div II offense when you're in the SEC. Murray State looked better than UK tonight.

True... but there does seem to be a pattern with Sanders...

Favorite and only quote from sanders. In regards to a fan asking him why we didn't see the Tinsley/Miami play more often:
"The more you run it, the better chance the D has to stop it."

Brilliant. We'll just keep the play a secret until we spring it on you...every 3 years or so....Isn't that the play that D. Rogers runs all the time now?

Ha ha....makes sense with old Randy. Reminds me of all the 3rd and longs and we could always count on Casey clausen throwing a 2 yard swing pass to the sideline.

Looked like a flashback to the comedy of errors that was the Tennessee offense for 6 years.

worst part about it is UK QB threw 3 picks against WKU. Thats sad, and people like Clay Travis had UK beating UT this year

When they ran the draw at 3rd and 22. It brought me right back to 2005. Brought a tear to my eye.
