Disagree. You can look at Sander's record at UT. He led a decline in output that is undeniable. Cut took over from him... and results IMMEDIATELY improved. The guy has no ability to instill discipline or execution. He lacks the innate leadership to be an OC.
He's a very good schemes guys which seems to fool people into thinking he can be an OC.
