Supporting cast and balance affects shot attempts, it does not affect portions of the game like rebounds, thats all hustle and effort.

When a small forward like Gilchrist outrebounds Jones and Davis often (which he does, or at least matches them) it is about one thing, desire to get the ball. It don't have shat to do with 5 star ratings and draft projections.
