80000 somalis live in Minnesota total. Obviously, only a small subset of that total live in Omar's district and can vote. Ever fewer actually vote. She actually has a fairly substantial block of Jewish voters in her district ... And they generally support her.

I may be wrong, but I think she represents the district where the Coen Brothers were born and raised.

Those in her district just had to live here 5 years and they could get their citizenship. 2010-2011 and they're voting.

Yep, found this on St. Louis Park, which is within her district.

St. Louis Park is the birthplace or childhood home of moviedirectors Joel and Ethan Coen, musician Peter Himmelman, New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman, former Senator Al Franken, songwriter Dan Israel, guitarist Sharon Isbin, writer Pete Hautman, football coach Marc Trestman, and film director Joe Nussbaum. In 1995 Ilhan entered the United States as a fraudulent member of the “Omar” family. That is not her family. The Omar family is a second, unrelated family which was being granted asylum by the United States.

The Omar’s allowed Ilhan, her genetic sister, Sahara, and her genetic father, Nur Said, to use false names to apply for asylum as members of the Omar family.

Ilhan’s genetic family split up at this time... Ilhan’s three other siblings- using their real names- managed to get asylum in the United Kingdom.

Ilhan’s biological brother was one of those three siblings, and was legally married to him from 2009 - 2017.

The Minneapolis Star Tribune says that Omar REFUSES to reveal the full names of her immediate family.

Omar says the Star Tribune is COLLUDING with Powerline.

Since I live in Minnesota and have been to St. Cloud. I can confirm that Minnesotans are indeed idiots. There is a reason why my insurance premium was 250 a month with a perfect driving record. I am happy that it's dropping to 120 in a month.

Interesting aryicle by some guy named Silver-something about the likelihood that Omar actually is married to her brother. Someone needs to do a DNA comparison.

I think it could be used as a way to deport her if it pans out. That's "could", not "will be". Trump is using these cooks as a political pawn and they don't seem to realize it, although Pelosi obviously has it figured out.
