Guys can we please be a bit more hospitable towards newer members? Please? We don't need everyone jumping down each others throats if someone posts a topic that has been discussed before or starts a duplicate topic. A friendly suggestion or reminder will do. There is no need to be in attack mode all the time. That's not the kind of place VolNation is and it's not the kind of place this is going to be.

i agree...i am a very new poster to this board and i do mostly reading because when i see someone new posting i see a lot of attacks...

Great post!! Thank you Freak for pointing this out......When I first joined, I posted some stupid comments, bc/ I didn't understand the board or who was on it, and got totally ripped!!

It's better to give new members a break until they know what's going on, where to find things, etc.......unless their names start with Vol and end in 38, then it's on like the kong........:rock:

Amen, it drives people away. It is way better over here then VG though because of the mods.
Hate is ok, his sports knowledge and comedic value overcome the condescending attitude imo.

I totally agree!! See i've been there. I have been hunted down by angry mobs for centuries. Try living everyday of your life with someone wanting to impale you, with a wooden stake, through the heart!! Well, I'm here to tell you that its not fun. People have feelings and I do too!!!

Yeah....I am new to this forum and I love it. Being from GA, I don't have a lot of Volunteers down here to talk to. I am so tired of hearing these Dawgs fans talk about their next national championship runs. It's pretty ridiculous.

it seems to me the only guys that really get attacked are the ass clowns like Volman38 and others who are obvious trolls. We need troll hunters here, it keeps things legit.

It's kind of funny reading all the newer people posting after what freak said.
