Ok. Well at least you'll give some credit. Sometimes the job of a rebuilder isn't always seen. Something's are just done and it's a thankless job.
I know Sunseri is looking like a horrible decision, but all knew it was going to be a tough yr. this tough of course not but I'm sure things will be looked at in the spring. But let's be honest...no one knows if he was a cdd first choice or hire or a hart hire.
All I'm trying to say is that there were a lot problems with this program and AD as a whole. Takes time to fix and it all can't be done at once. Something's take time to develop. I want stability in the long term and I see that with CDD. I especially don't with the likes of Gruden.
Derrick Dooley is a stop gap coach. He's done his job and done it quite well if you ask me by building a solid foundation for a REAL COACH to build on. He's done that and now needs to move on. Expecting to win big wasn't something that I expected the day we hired Dooley, it's not something I expect now. He could coach us for 100 years and he would still be a .500 coach. And I'm sorry, but Dooley isn't gonna bring stability to our program. Recruiting is about to be in the sh-ter because he's running out of sales pitches. It doesn't take long to see that he's not on the level of his peers. And at this point and time the recruits and their parents know this, along with the entire nation outside of a handful of blind followers.
