If there's one thing many of these clueless fools know how to do it's running a city into the ground. Just as long they continue to live good, the can put a barricade and armed security near their homes.

LSU Student Allison Rice Found Shot Dead in her car in Baton Rouge

A senior at Louisiana State University was found shot to death inside of her car in downtown Baton Rouge Friday morning.

Prior to the shooting, investigators said Rice was out with her friends in the Mid City area of Baton Rouge. They believe she was stopped in the area waiting for a train to pass when she was shot.

As of Saturday morning, police have not identified a suspect or a motive.

It’s a shame too, New Orleans is a beautiful city, they are just running it into the ground.. Baton Rouge is second for most dangerous.. people with families tend to live more toward the west side of the state now (where we lived).. same dynamic as TN, your cities are liberal, everyone else is conservative, generally speaking

New Orleans Mayor Latoya Cantrell has suggested that she's facing a federal probe over $29,000 worth of first class flights upgrades because of her race.

Cantrell, 51, was charged by the Louisiana Board of Ethics for using premium upgrades for 15 flights over a two year time frame.

The charges fell under a state ethics law which prohibits officials from receiving anything of value for their public duties.

At a press conference Wednesday, Cantrell addressed what she called 'investigations or targeting' which she said is 'prevalent relative to black leadership'.

New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell Probed for Affair With Married Cop behind $14K Taxpayer-Funded Dubai Trip​

Embattled New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell is being probed for an alleged affair with a local cop who billed taxpayers $14,000 to accompany her on a recent trip to Dubai, according to a report.

FBI officials are investigating time Cantrell spent with NOPD officer Jeffrey Vappie at a private apartment both on and off the clock — a relationship that reportedly led to the dissolution of his marriage, according to Fox 8.

Cantrell took Vappie — her official security guard prior to his removal — to a “climate action” gathering in Dubai in December.

While a mayoral group footed most of Cantrell’s $24,000 tab, Louisiana taxpayers funded Vappie’s airfare, hotel and other expenses totaling $14,000, according to the outlet.

They were the only members of the New Orleans delegation.

Local outlets first reported on their alleged affair in November, prompting Vappie’s wife to file for divorce and directly allege a sexual relationship between Cantrell and the city cop.

The officer admitted the adulterous activity to his former spouse, court papers state.

Cantrell and Vappie were caught on camera frequenting a city-owned apartment.

Both parties have denied trysting at a city-owned apartment — despite video surveillance showing them entering and exiting the residence together at all hours.

Cantrell has forcefully denied the reports on several occasions.

Cool place for sure but there are certain areas that are more than you can even imagine. I found it way too easy to wind up in an area that went from festive to just this side of 3rd world country and I never made a turn. This was in 1991. It's difficult to imagine how much more dangerous it is.
