If he calls us intersted I think we should maybe talk to him but we have to worry about our actuall recruiting class. I think he would be good to have on the team he has the talent I think to be a good SEC QB. He just has to get his head on straight.
No way we take a chance on this kid. Clearly, he has issues that will force a good number of FBS teams to steer clear. My bet is that he ends up at a FCS or D-II school like Hampton, Texas State, North Alabama, etc. willing to take a chance on a guy. I'd be much more happy if we just stayed away from him. As for Hood, he himself wasn't the one who sexually assaulted or raped his cousin(I think it was his cousin), he was charged in the detainment of her against her will mainly if I'm not mistaken.
espn.mettenberger tells former bulldogs ss kelin johnson, who runs kelinjohnson.com, that tennessee, usc (unclear if this is southern california or south carolina, but our guess is the latter), texas a&m, kentucky, troy state, memphis and colorado have also contacted him, but at the moment the only scholarship offers he has are from louisville (may 7 visit) and cincinnati (may 13), hence those two visits. "they aren't georgia," mettenberger told johnson, "but i will have the chance to throw the ball more at both universities because of a spread offense."
