I never bet on Tennessee football or basketball....just another reason to get pissed off during the game....Take your house, mortgage it, place it all on Georgia. Then steal some catalytic converters, rob liquor and jewelry stores. Sell it all but one bottle of the booze you stole for the game and bet all that too.
2 many words, fahr Banks. My point with the defense, I think some of these stats lie. When you can't get off the field on third down, medium to long, consistently and you keep the ball in the other teams hands a significant amount of time because of it, it inarguably hurts the team. Missouri had the ball for over ten minutes in one possession yesterday. It robs the offense of opportunity and hurts the long term stamina of the defense. I don't think the defense or Tim Banks compliments what Heupel needs on the offensive side of the ball. We need aggression because the point of being fast paced is to get the other teams offense jittery and desperate.
Therefore, a change is needed.
Not about Butch himself but I do remember the Crowder Five being discussed on here.
the most punchable face in historySome of my "favorite" Butch moments:
After the 2014 UF game when he crapped on the fans in the postgame
The 2016 Tennessee Tech game when he crapped on the fans from the sideline
The 2017 game at Mizzou that led to his firing where he jumped down Jesse Simonton's throat during the postgame
"He fell on a helmet"
Refusing to acknowledge that they'd fallen short of expectations in 2016 by calling the team "champions of life" and saying that 2015-16 were two of the greatest years in Tennessee history
The "list" he kept in his back pocket
If you're paying people $75M to go away... It's definitely a top tier job to anyone qualified to hold that job... Where can I apply?View attachment 595072Pate responds to the casuals that bring up Aggies 8-4 history since 1940 as a reason for them not being a great job. Says it’s about resources and buy in from administrators
Hmmm who would’ve thought
