I don’t see how this can go anywhere. The athletes are paid based on the prospective income their name/image/likeness can bring.
Athletes in higher visibility sports will make more than people in less visible sports the same way that more famous athletes make more than their teammates.
Her's why it can't go anywhere:I don’t see how this can go anywhere. The athletes are paid based on the prospective income their name/image/likeness can bring.

Exactly. Wait until Brian Grant wants what Olivia Dunne is hauling in!I don’t see how this can go anywhere. The athletes are paid based on the prospective income their name/image/likeness can bring.

I can see why the view might be there. My guess is schools have opened themselves up to this bc how closely the programs are affiliated with their collectives. Nobody had the foresight to keep them separate (or they just don’t care). Of course, nobody had the foresight to start finding a way for players to legally profit off their NIL until it was too late so it shouldn’t be very surprising.
Easy fix in today's world. Have the whole football team identify as WOMEN.The ties between the two will be challenged. Can’t coaches sit in on NIL meetings now? Could be argued the school has the ability to decide and direct amount of funds given to a certain player. Prob a lengthy legal battle coming up

But, such as in UT's case as a state/publicly funded school, ie a government agent...
No way in hell you could say Spyre is an arm of the government.
Jmo. I'm as much an attorney as Wes Rucker is a doctor.
I worked PPP loans back at that time...s-corp realtors out there taking $0 salaries for 30 years like it's their right and then upset as hell when they couldn't get a PPP loanLol. IRS is a joke. When you make it blatant and you’re idiotic, you get caught. 90% of business owners are running personal stuff through their business and deducting it. But to what limit is key.
Alright guys I’m getting snipped Monday. What are the things you wish you knew to reduce pain and recover quicker?
