I just associate Lanning with Kirby Smart, lol. Maybe that’s why I don’t want Oregon to win.

His rise was quick. His first big job was at Memphis as LB coach under Norvell. Todd Graham had hired him as GA, and Norvell knew him from ASU. Then, UGA hired him after 2 years, and he was hired at Oregon 3 years after that.

SEC Championship game needs to have alternate venues. I laugh every time they call Atlanta a neutral site for the Bulldogs. That's BS. Nothing neutral about Atlanta when it comes to UGA.

Tbf, it was pretty neutral for most of the time in Atlanta. Georgia only won the East 5 times out of 23 years in ATL prior to 2017.

But, it needs to be in Nashville moving forward. That's the only major city (about to have a dome) that could host without worry of the hometown team playing in it.

Cant wait to hear next Tuesday on PC about how the MO and GA games killed our recruiting, after hearing how kids dont care about wins, they care about atmosphere.

Over it, if kids dont want to be a apart of this so be it. Go find the best damn players you can, and lets go beat Bubbles. Gotta start beating out Floridas and Auburns for kids.

Let's just say that some doubt has crept in. Less than thrilled at how he's going about "developing" his youngsters. I'll be most interested to see how he handles the portal this year along with any staff openings.
edit: And if he continues to allow those penalties to go on without correction, that's a huge red flag. Discipline goes hand in hand with winning. Right now, we're sorely lacking in that department.
