Walker,Plott, Red Tck or so on..my son going to start bear hunting some, never been my thing ...

Bear dog. There's a breeder in Chuckey TN
Edit: Apparently they moved to Nashville

Really just need em to 'run him.'

I would think that running them, esp with a rifle or twelves gauge would be relatively easy with dogs. Issue I would see is identifying the proper age, sow versus boar, and all the insane rules in TN for killing bear!- which really are overpopulated.

Bear are extremely over populated here (same with White tail) and they stupidly keep bringing them in

I don't know about that (just haven't read or heard anything). But Joe has done all he can do in terms of putting tape together and he's got the senior bowl which more directly gets scouts/NFL guys involved. That said, Joe loves Tennessee and his teammates and he's a Florida kid so the bowl game prob. has some meaning for him. If he plays, it's because he wants another game in orange and who could blame him? But he doesn't need the game. His combine will be everything.

Ditto. Woke up this morning suddenly to a crash in the bathroom, where I found my wife on the floor. Took several minutes to get her up, after which she lost consciousness for 20-30 seconds...the longest of my life. I caught her the second time, but the first time she hit her head on a step. As she is on blood thinner for a prosthetic heart valve, I immediately took her to the ER with concern of a bleed. Influenza A and CT confirmed no brain bleed, so no major crisis...but dang. No fun at all.

That is horrifying. I'm so glad you were there and that she's ok.
