I think we have a better season than this year, especially if 4/5 of the OL return. I believe the offense will be MUCH better.
That and if most of our DL comes back as well. With a healthy Carter and Pili we should be fine at LBer. I'm anxious to see what our young DBs do. They are definitely more athletic and a solid DL will help with them being inexperienced. Would love one big time transfer WR.

Rhule must have naked pics of his grandma or something for him to go to Nebraska...especially with those Pac 12 teams coming into the conference next year. They will be the 13th best team in the conference.
His Uncle is a football legend from Nebraska…. Family wins in this situation if he switches

Nico for Milton is addition by subtraction. That change will make a big positive impact. We’ll have to see if the young running backs and the wide receiver corp can step up. I hope we play a lot of our young guys in the secondary next year. Our older guys may have more experience, but they just flat out lack the physical talent and natural instincts to play well.

You’re arguing with the wrong person with money figures…see previous conversation with Knoxvol52 . But if that’s a reasonable going rate by the time he turns 30, I wouldn’t bet against it happening. I don’t know why the Dodgers are being so non-forward thinking. With their funds, they could dig up Lou Gehrig, cure him of his own disease and then reanimate him…sign him to $80 per. Geterdone!
Oh no, not getting into this conversation again, people get there *** in a bundle about salaries of MLB players....

Screw it , let them play for FREE...

Of course the offense should be better. You have a more athletic qb which will force defenses to account more for Nico’s running ability. I would expect Squirrel to have a huge season next year.

I hope so and think that's def. a possibility *but* I think we have to consider he'll be coming in with almost no experience. I just don't want people to freak out when/if he struggles with the learning curve. He's about to be fed to the lions and although I'm confident he'll be able to tame them, I don't know how long it will take for that to happen or what the learning curve might be. Peyton didn't exactly light the world on fire his first year.

Nico has amazing potential and I think he'll learn fast but I'm putting it in my head to be patient with him.

We’re not having the same one, apparently. Sell it to the Union and I’ll get it rubberstamped.
