The Death of Sitting Bull
At dawn on 15 December 1890, the life of Sitting Bull, a chief and holy man of the Hunkpapa Lakota Indians, came to an end, shot in the chest and head by Indian police who had come to arrest him. Sitting Bull was murdered by Indians sent by white men – who wanted him destroyed because they feared his waning but still powerful influence among the Lakota.

In his 59 years, Sitting Bull led a remarkable life. As a young man he was a fierce warrior, and later as a powerful and respected holy man he presided over the large Indian camp that annihilated George Armstrong Custer and his troops at the Battle of the Little Big Horn in 1876. Refusing to surrender to the whites and accept reservation life, Sitting Bull led his band into the safety of Canada in May 1877.

Four years later, however, destitution and hunger drove them to finally give up, and Sitting Bull and his band returned to the U.S. and surrendered on 19 July 1881, and tried to adapt to reservation life. The Lakota chief participated in Buffalo Bill Cody’s Wild West show for four months in 1885.

Took a tour of Neyland with a homeschool group my grandson is in yesterday. Oh my...

Comparing what it is becoming now since going to my first game with my dad in 1963, is incredible to witness. Neyland is a sight to behold and they are well underway with all of the new construction. The premium seating areas are so nice.

Holding my grandson up to slap the "I will give my all to Tennessee today!" sign at the locker room exit was a special memory. He loved standing behind the podium in the interview room.

Cannot wait to see the completed LNS down the road as well.

People are just impatient and crybabies
We got some big names announce they are returning which is better then the portal
Bru and Thornton rare better then the portal wrs out there so getting brazzell would be a cherry on top
TE is a need

People bitched all year about playing the young talented dbs and now the young talent is up and people want dbs out of the portal to play over them

I don’t get it

It's that time of year again for the LOM. They will bi*h about anything and everything, inconsistencies in their arguments be dammed.

The fact of the matter is that the top SEC teams are being very selective with regard to the portal while the more desperate teams (SC, UK) are taking anyone with a pulse.
