The transfer portal has gotten too much hype because it makes the recruiting services money. Most situations is either paying a back up at a good school to be a starter or getting a over performer at a small school. You aren't going to beat top tier schools by playing their back ups, you are just going to pay a ton of money to still lose.

This sounds like a horrible take.

If we add dom McKinley it will be good for the number 7 team ranking, and I believe close to or possibly above the magical 92 player avg. not that rankings matter or anything like that…
