That's the point, sir. Anri-trust laws prohibit the creation of a business model that colludes to set wages. In a free market, the other schools would be free to pay players. Recent SCOTUS opinion attached to the NIL ruling indicates that they will interpret law this way against the NCAA if it comes before them again.

I’m not saying it would actually happen lol.

Just that Tennessee fans would show up to watch kids in Tennessee uniforms. It’s 100% a non-realistic hypothetical.
