Too many penalties, lack of discipline, lack of fundamentals, etc.. This coaching staff got outcoached tonight. I'm not saying to fire the coaches or anything, but Tennessee was not ready to play tonight, and that is coaching, just my opinion. Plus, these refs were terrible as well.
Hopefully no more night road SEC games. Unless it's Vandy of course, otherwise probably a loss.

We need to take a long look in the mirror here. Our coaching was an F- and has been all season.

Pre-snap penalties, no discipline, no fire, sticking with awful players, etc.

Milton just isn’t the guy. You can’t be so inconsistent and succeed in this league.

There are some big red flags with Heupel being exposed here.

Wrong

If they don't trust Milton to do anything besides hand the ball of and throw screens, then they need to just play Nico and get it over with. This looks nothing like how this offense is supposed to look.
It’s our offense. Milton is doing what he’s taught. Come on, guys. When they play 5/6 in the box, we run or throw wide and short. It’s not a trust problem.

Anyone think they’ll be more aggressive in going after players and NIL? All we hear about is culture and how great the culture is. We see it in penalties and throwing punches etc. so clearly something is off there… why not go after top flight guys?

I’m not for throwing punches. But about 5 UF players were chasing Omari. Norman-Lott was trying to help.

OL is going to hamstring us this year, and they won’t expose Nico to that yet.

8-4 will be a successful season I think. If OL and Joe improve and they stop play calling around then we could win more.

I agree with this. I was hoping for 9-3. I was actually encouraged by the second half. Joe seems to play better when you let him play backyard football and he doesn’t have to think as much.

Oh I agree, just wonder if the staff reevaluates their approach to talent acquisition. Might be worth taking a look at in certain positions
