The only conference that you can argue was better top to bottom is the SEC.

SEC had 5 10 win teams
BIG 10 had 4 10 win teams
Big 12 & PAC-12 had 3, but Big 12 had 2 9 win teams too, PAC-12 didn’t

ACC is arguably the only conference of the Power 5 that were clearly worse than PAC-12

This is dumb. Michigan is the best team in the country this year clearly. That doesn’t make every single other team not good. Oregon is very clearly a good football team. Washington beat Texas, the same Texas that went into Tuscaloosa and beat Alabama. The same Alabama that played Michigan tight.

Washington isn’t playing well but that doesn’t mean they suck and Oregon sucks.

Yeah because they didn't have a bunch of teams in the conference that the top teams could beat up on.

PAC-12 just has no depth & Arizona losing to a sub 500 SEC team that was 1-7 in SEC play doesn’t help the cause.

Oregon & Washington are great teams, arguably as good as any teams in the country. But big drop off after that.
