Hey but while other programs are making changes, even ones with newer staffs, we don't want to upset our staff or upgrade, we'll just promote within...or better yet, keep who we have and hope that somehow magically they change... kind of like trying to walk through a closed door every day and hoping one day it magically just swings open for you.

I’m not gonna worry regardless. I’m not in charge of anything Tennessee except for my fandom. I’m a VFL . (Not saying that you aren’t) I expect the Vols to win.

I don’t worry about it. I don’t worry about recruiting. I am glad that we have CJH. He wants players that want to be at Tennessee. He understands what it means to be a Volunteer and embraces it. That’s what we have needed since Fulmer was fired. We had ADs that didn’t understand. Our AD also understands.

I don’t understand all the borrowing trouble and worrying about things that I have no control over…

Okay, rant over.

The best life lesson my Mon ever gave me----never worry about anything you can't control. That's how I live my life and my life is pretty good.

Hang in there. I had an interview a while back - like 10 years ago - for my dream job in the athletic department.

Nailed the interview and didn’t get the job. I was shocked and shook. It hurt.

I picked my head up and a few months later landed a dream role.

It was all about timing and being available.

Keep your head up.
