I know it wasn't assault but if a TN coach would have put hands on an opposing player, ESPN would be showing it often and talking about how violent/awful it was.I hope the kid makes a full recovery, but his playing days are definitely over. He probably punctured both lungs with all those shattered ribs.
*my post from the Georgia game ^^^^Every conference game:
SEC referee checklist-
1)Call 2 quick fouls on a TN starter
2)Get the opposing team in the bonus before the 10 minute
3)Call a foul on TN whenever the VOLS are on a run
4)Let opposing team push off on offense and hold on defense
5)If TN overcomes and closes the gap, repeat step 3
I wonder who the SEC refs will go after Saturday.2 fouls on Aidoo will be taking a seat rest of the half..
Decent crowd it seems..
He really should relish the Hodges...Kerr...Paxton etc etc etc role..learn where to spot up and be ready to sling those daggers in fools eyes when DK and ZZ drive. Those guys were invaluable to the Bulls and nobody really seems to understand that fact.Vescovi does intangibles very well his +/- is usually very good..
His offensive woes is having a tough time adjusting to being 3rd or sometimes 4th option on offense..
Last year offense ran through him ,now it's DK ..jmo

Way better than 105 degrees for me. I prefer really cold (non windy) weather over brutally hot weather.
We just need Knecht to play this way for 6 games when it matters most...and for our other really good players to figure out their role, and then play that role to the max..and by doing so, maximize what he has brought to this team.I have said it since the start… this team can win it all… we have the defense as always but now we can light up the scoreboard which we couldn’t do the entire time Coach Barnes has been here.
I am the exact opposite now...I once was just like you....I remember me and the neighborhood kids playing in the snow one time when we lived in north Texas and it was -10 degree wind chill...never bothered me at all.View attachment 610975
