I don't think you can put this on Allen.

It's definitely not on Allen. He could have made some better throws on that last sequence though. The Bills defense has been absolutely decimated by injuries, and today it showed up. They literally called a former linebacker who was about to go on vacation last week, to suit up and play. It caught up to them. Allen was great, the defense was slaw.
