You’re way nicer than I am. He’s an *******. When Tennessee played Florida two years ago and showed up wearing a TN jersey in an orange coffin made me embarrassed for him. He didn’t fool anyone with that stunt. He looked like the classic bandwagon. I bet he scrubbed his azz down when he removed the jersey and proceeded to ask Saban to forgive him.

For those keeping score at home. DD's has sat through 50 dances. Walked the local football stadium stairs while another 70 were being performed, and watched his teen daughter dance 4 times. He spoken to her 0 times except a few short texts cause #competition.

GBO.
I'd never speak poorly of putting immense effort into being a good dad....so I won't 😂

But I also think you can be exactly as good a parent alternating dance competition attendance with your wife, or at least that's what I'm telling my wife in preparation for travel ball and travel dance ten years from now.

Interesting thing about eggs. They are the perfect protein source for humans. 100% of the essential amino acids are in the egg. 100% can be absorbed in the human GI tract.
Old nutritional information (and faulty cardiology interpretation) is that the yolk is bad for you because of the cholesterol is there. Unfortunately, those “well accepted food facts” is not the correct solution.
What it doesn’t tell you is that some of the essential amino acids are in the yolk and not found in the white. You must get all the essential amino acids to function properly.
The cholesterol in the egg yolk is not really bad for you.

If you have a cholesterol problem, it’s equally food and your body. Your body synthesizes the bad cholesterol regardless of your dietary intake. More importantly, it is the endogenous cholesterol that causes your cardiovascular issues…

I have familial cholesterol issues. I lost weight, was a cardio fiend, ate all the right foods and my cholesterol went up instead of down. My doctor asked me if I knew what that meant? I said yes, I am going to die 😳. He laughed at me and said that it is genetic and I would only succeed with medicine. My cholesterol has been normal since then (age 37, now 61) Arteries in my heart are 100% clean. I take atorvastatin and omega 3 fish oil. And I eat egg yolks 😁

hey Doc,
what are your thoughts on ezetimibe? I also do the statins and fish oil but my cardio doc put me on the ezetimibe in addition. I understand it is supposed to help with absorption.
