Isn’t it glorious? As an older VOL fan, I didn’t think I would get to see it again in my lifetime. Thank you Randy Boyd, Donte Plowman, Danny White, Rick Barnes, Tony Vitello and all the other sports coaches (sorry I don’t follow their sports). Oh, it doesn’t mean much to them coming from an old VOL fan on a message board, but I remember watching the glory years. I want that resurgence for our younger fans, my son and my grandchildren, and we’re seeing it happen in real time. Not just for mine, but for all of you that remember when we were a powerhouse and in the top 10 for multiple years. These last 3 years have meant more to me than our younger ones have had the opportunity to experience yet. I want that for them.

Absolutely! I took them for granted from the mid 80s thru Fulmer's firing. I promise it won't happen this time around. I was my sons age in 1988 and we only got better from then, I was spoiled into my early 30s. Majors, Fulmer, Pat, Delmonico, and even Pearl to an extent gave us high expectations every year. I'm ready to get back to that, and we're almost there now. Our administration is the best I've seen in my lifetime. IMO. Dickey was pretty good himself, but I can't get past him bolting to Fla on us. Like you said, and the most important thing to me, is my kids are going to get to experience it.
