We're getting Vandy as a permanent if what they're saying is true. We'll be getting a great advantage in bad rotational years bc of that.

In all fairness, a lot of people have passively watched the program decline. It's been slipping for a decade, while other programs continue to rise.

Ladies tournament use to be pretty easy to get into--we were the royalty/elite, but teams are getting better all around. I'd hate for that longstanding record to be broken.

You almost have to believe that because it boggles the mind that they could be that bad at defense while being so good on offense.

Have you not watched any of their games? Their efforts on defense is pathetic nearly all the time, which is why it was such a shock to see them both go all out and flying around on defense when they played us the last week...they just do not do that.

They are both uber athletic...so it is just pure lack of effort.

And that's not entirely on DW because I'm sure he's having to deal with LV boosters, but he IS the man in charge. If KJH suddenly turns everything around given one more year, then I'll gladly admit I was wrong, but my current opinion is the NOW is the time to make a change.

So today is the 20th Anniversary of the day I tricked Mrs. Glitch into marrying me. Despite my countless screw-ups, mistakes, and general tom foolery she has stuck with me and I am so grateful God blessed me with a woman with the patience of Job, the wisdom of Solomon, and the grace and beauty of Esther. Yeah, so many of the LV's records have been broken. Every year, more fall. That NCAAT record is the only one that no other team can take from us. We can only take it from ourselves. It means a lot to a lot of people.

That’s what I’ve gathered in paying more attention to the LV forum. A lot of them either aren’t thinking ahead or don’t want to think ahead since Kellie is one of our own. Projecting where things are going to be next season…I suppose it’s possible that she could land a couple of really good players and be slightly better next season. I wouldn’t bank on that, though. I foresee next season being the worst in program history.

My two cents worth on it is this: for many, many years, the LV boosters didn’t have to make difficult, winning decisions. They just had to stand aside and let Pat do her thing. Now, they find themselves in a place where hard decisions have to be made, decisions that are the difference between winning and losing. Right now, they aren’t willing to make those hard decisions and have those hard conversations.

Any Moran that thinks the SEC and Sankey-sucky- Saban is going to give us a favorable schedule in football is clueless. Of course they will continue to give us bama FL Ga and whoever else is hot at the time. We are going to seriously struggle to ever get from good to great in football as long as the powers at be are in place. We will be against the opponent, the officials, and the conference unfortunately for the foreseeable future.

Bottom line in Bball and the tourney... It will come down to 2-3 players on whether we get past the sweet 16... JJJ and Vescovi, maybe a dash of a fired up Aidoo and Awaka, are the keys-- if they wake up and perform in this tourney like they have the ability to do so consistently, then watch out, we could get to the final four. If they perform like they have the majority of the season (JJJ doing one of his disappearing acts and Vescovi playing hot potato with the ball and won't shoot) and we get a meh performance from Aidoo and Awaka, or we don't get any points from Gainey and ZZ can't find his shot/won't drive to the basket, we're one and done, same song, different season. I really hope this is not the case. The talent on this team and the potential is off the charts. It is up to RICK BARNES the HC, to make sure everyone is performing at their best every game--- that is literally what he is paid to do. Not sit on his chair and make angry faces like "what tha, hey, you can't, wait why did they call that on us" while the officials rake us ...

No excuses and there's no reason at this point not to justify firing pretty holly... this is a public university, not a private family owned business wanting to hold onto one of the fam to see if maybe they clean themselves up eventually. She factually hasn't gotten the job done and has been given enough time to do so. Period. Don't want to hear about alumni, and not wanting to upset people, blah blah blah... she isn't the right fit and has us barely treading water from a once elite program. She should be done and relieved of her position gracefully, and we have the funds and still barely the brand to go get someone elite.

lastly, where does pretty boy Greg Mcelroy get off saying there were things that "irritated him" about Nico's performance in the bowl game?? Seriously no one should even remotely take you seriously after that garbage and your boss may need to question why you are still on staff... Can you get any more bama homer biased spewing crap than this? Nico in his first start, with a banged up Oline, performed better than Michigan's poster child QB did in the regular season... look up the stats... not even close. Nico whipped his arse. But yeah Greg, tell us more about what irritated you... GTFO you biased POS. You and Rece Davis probably diddle each other with your hate for TN...
