I think as other posters like SF shared about going after a Lady Vol if likely if we miss out on The A list......Lawson was the former LV I could see us wanting. If she's now said no Danny will pivot quickly and get the hire done similar to his work hiring Heupel.

Either way we will know soon.

It was a general statement…. I wouldn’t rule him out over an issue that none of us truly know what went down… I trust DW to Vet each and every candidate…. He knows Oates better than anyone bc he hired him. He saw first hand what kind of culture and locker room that he cultivates.

We have been mislead by the media so many times that i don’t know why anyone trusts them. I trust DW to make decisions based on actual facts… Look at what was done to AJ or even more egregious the Buffalo punter…Punt God wasn’t even there.

Even your own statement above was filled with false info. Miles handed him the gun in the hat…. Not miller.

So Miller was just an innocent bystander that had nothing to do with a girl getting killed...ok.

All speculation, I was basing my scenario off the idea that her saying she didn't interview could mean a hire has already been made in principle.

I was playing devil's advocate on what the alternative of Lawson's announcement of no interview could mean.

I'm like y'all, I know nothing..... Just hoping we get the right person.

It’s done in the dark to the fans…. I am pretty sure the schools are more involved and if they want it changed then it will be.

I believe that the ones in charge love darkness because their deeds are evil....if it was really all above board there would be transparency.

Our folks can't really say much without getting fined and reprimanded...it's .

Yeah I am thinking similarly as you @SweetasSoda I don't think Lawson would've said no to an interview. She's never had the opportunity previously under White, seeing as KJH was hired during Fulmer's time.

Yet, he fumble many passes and stalled the offense. You are right. I did not look at TO numbers, but it cost us at least one jump ball, one turnover and stalled our offense. Mississippi State forced Awaka into two turnovers in 9 minutes. I am probably thinking more of that game. Other teams will start doubling him. Both he and Aidoo need to work on their handles.

Can’t double the post if you surround them with shooters on the perimeter.

But yes big men always need to be working on ball security. They’ll never be good ball handlers.

I can say this with full confidence, Kara Lawson was never asked by DW to do a formal interview.

But if she's now being asked if she was interviewed then her saying she has not is still true.

It’s amazing how much is said over there without anything being said. Most of the content is argumentative and counterproductive.
