Yeah boats are expensive. I'm a Honda marine OEM. I get better pricing than dealers. I pay close to $20K for a single 250. I should be able to get close to $100K for my CC. Would just have to add $100-$150 to it. I'd really like to get the gen 2. It has that side door and supposedly a little better hull design. They go for a little more though.

It checks a lot of boxes for me. The big thing is it's large but still trailerable. I don't want to be paying for the crazy slip rentals in South Florida. I believe I could cruise 2-3 months in the Bahamas on one of those.

I'd say get the one you want, if you can. As long as the why's outweigh the why not's

Really though, I do like it, if it is her. She's got DW's vote and she has been good wherever she's been. Mainly DW's vote sells her to me, he's a stud when it comes to hiring coaches and raising money.

It seems the LV mafia won't like any hire. Some are saying DW needs to be fired because a hire hasn't been made, yet.

I really wish there were a way to spin that program off as a self-financing (or bust) entity. Let them have their way, and make it work on their own superior power, without the people that they so obviously hate paying for it. All they do is take, take, take, and bish, bish, bish.

I trust DW, especially with basketball hires. This is a BIG step from one year at Marshall. But, surround yourself with good assistants and it could work. I'll hold judgement with the results. She's won everywhere she's been and those stops don't have winning traditions.

And blame football, basketball, baseball, Neyland stadium, and the AD. And the ones who may not say such things sure do "like" those hateful and lying comments. Unless I am forgetting something, It's the worst thing I've ever seen associated with sports.

I feel angry on behalf of intelligent true LV fans like our Owl.

I think hiring a coach that's won everywhere they've been (over 85%) and done it with a bunch of historical losers would be an outstanding hire, now that I think about it.

She seems to be a winner. I'm not sure which division she coaches in matters. UT is a great program and can attract SEC level talent. . .

Give her equal talent that can compete, I think she just keeps on winning. . .

I say this after dragging myself through about 3 pages worth of absolute delusion in the LV forum. . . some of those folks need to be put out of their misery,

I wouldn't give Painter too much credit for that. That depended on Edey not being officiated fairly, as has been the case all year. It was a second-choice tactic for NC State to begin with, I would imagine.

Not sure I follow.

State was doing a great job at digging and swiping it away from Edey. Painter noticed it and adjusted at halftime to keep the secondary defensive player out of the play.

All I'm sayin, nothing to do with officiating. If anything I was surprised they weren't called for more reach-ins, but they seemed to be doing them smartly and disciplined, which is rare for most folks reaching in and swiping.
