Okay, educate me please. Why did it take the year he leaves to award him a scholarship? I know, I know it makes me look dumb (I’ve always learned in life that it’s better to ask questions that you don’t know the answers for and be ridiculed for than to fly off in a situation and look even more stupid). I’d rather ask questions.

He had a scholarship, but he flirted with the league or whatever and we had to move on iirc. Then he decided nah I want back and we paid his school through NIL because scholarships were used up.

Rd 1: 28 over Grambling St
Rd 2: 39 over Utah St
Rd 3: 12 over Gonzaga
Rd 4: 6 over Vols
Rd 5: 13 over NC State
Rd 6: loss by 15 to UConn

Who gave Purdue it's closest non-loss us.
Who gave Uconn their closest non-loss Bama. We beat Bama twice.

There are no transitive properties in any sports, but we were a final four level team all year. We were a few less fouls or missed shots from playing for it all. Barnes has had a lot of tough draws like this that no one ever remembers.

I think transitive comparisons are more accurate during the tournament, because everyone is fighting for their lives and the games are closer together. Still doesn't account for personnel and style of play, but I think we were a tougher match for UCONN.

I don’t buy for a second that Barnhart is even that interested in Hurley. He couldn’t get along with Cal, and Hurley is 10x more abrasive.

Maybe the boosters are taking it out of his hands, but I still expect it to be Drew.

When he decided to come back there were no scholarships available so he agreed to walk on. Then a scholarship became available so they gave it back to him. I'm sure he was taken care of through NIL.

It’s sourced MGP, but barreled and aged by Cathead in MS. Something about the heat and humidity down there really brings out the flavor.

If you can find a bottle, buy it. I’ve tried quite a few quality Top Shelf allocated bottles in my life, Stagg Sr, Pappy, Willet Green Top, Rock Hill and this juice is exceptional. I think they only made 1100 bottles total and was mainly released in the southern states.

I'll definitely keep my eye open.

Ah, now I remember seeing that. I just wished his last year would have been golden for him. Oh, don’t get me wrong, he dashed in some games and was clutch. He also disappeared in others. I really wanted better for him and Santiago in their last year.
