If you're walking through a parking lot and you see someone breaking into your car. . . if you yell "police, get on the ground or I'll shoot", or something like that to try and stop them. . . could you be arrested for impersonating an officer?

Virtually no. Probably "could" technically. Not sure if that fits the crime of impersonating an officer but you wouldn't be charged. Kinda like how murder/killing someone is always illegal, unless they're threatening your life.

They are. That was a goal last year. I think that was a pretty generic answer by Nico. After AP told him not to list team goals, I think he simply wanted to dodge talking about individuals goals in a team sport. He twice mentioned the team making the 12.

BTW, @SweetasSoda, I know you asked about this quote this weekend. I looked into it. CTV appears actually to be talking about wanting his players in our dugout to be focusing on the game as players and going through what football calls "mental reps," as opposed to watching and cheering the way fans and cheerleaders would do. But Tony's remark lines up so perfectly with the KenSuck players prancing and dancing and their pink hats, there is no possible way Vols fans are going to miss the chance to take CTV's quote as referring to KY cringe as a subtext. Too much fun!

Now, if you wanna say Vitello meant both and found a way to troll KenSuck cringe by referring to it "under cover" of speaking about our "mental reps," no objections! So much the better!
