Saban responded to it by saying “not to my knowledge” when asked if any recruits got 5k to visit his Alabama program. Then Saban blasted NIL and argued for guardrails. I honestly think that is the government’s plan. I can’t figure out how it will benefit the insurance companies though. They stand to lose money. Unless they are banking on socialized healthcare for the masses and private insurance for those who can afford it.
England and many other countries with socialized medicine have the 2 tier system.

I'm going through some major BS of the same variety. It's horrible.

The best advice is to be very vocal with your insurance company. Make them hear you. Contact HR at your company and whoever determines benefits. If you can get them to be actively involved, then the insurance company typically caves pretty quickly. They don’t want the decision makers to know how awful they actually are…
Threaten to lodge a complaint with the state insurance board. Sometimes that’s enough.
Just don’t let the insurance company get away with it.
