You say that and then there’s Cinderella’s like NY Giants that ruined the Patriots perfect season. 9-7 wildcard squad that got hot at the perfect time. That’s my whole point in the auto bid. Seed how you want but auto bid for the big conf
The Giants didn’t win their division. They were a wild card.

How does this further your argument for auto bids for conference champions?

I hope our special teams has been locked in this week at practice. You know Beamer is going to pull out all of the stops this weekend. Fake punt. Onside kick. You name it. Inexcusable if we get caught off-guard for one of those plays when we know this is his thing.
We're serving free hot dogs to the chain crew. Sling Blade will lose his peanut mind.

Better late than never - excellent thread by @OneManGang:

I don't know Sampson's assignment, obviously. But I've seen the defensive tackle go through the guard like a turnstile a few times and I've never seen anyone blame the running back for it. I have a feeling if it was that simple, Aaron Donald wouldn't have won all those DPOY awards.

I maintain that Sampson's pass protection "problems" are entirely based on one play that happened over a year ago.

Play is at 11:33. I dare anyone to watch Karic on this play and then say this sack is in Sampson lol.

Nope you are entirely correct. Never In pass pro will you have a RB block a DT alone, will chip DE but never alone.

Retiring Ohio State AD Gene Smith said it’s became a common practice among recruits to request $5000 to visit a school, which starts further negotiations in NIL space. PSU HC James Franklin loosely confirmed what Gene Smith said but didn’t go too much into detail due to the obvious. Saban responded to it by saying “not to my knowledge” when asked if any recruits got 5k to visit his Alabama program. Then Saban blasted NIL and argued for guardrails. (His 24’ class one of the lower rated ones of his Alabama tenure but still top 5)

Oh look socialized medicine... I'm sorry @frank

I honestly think that is the government’s plan. I can’t figure out how it will benefit the insurance companies though. They stand to lose money. Unless they are banking on socialized healthcare for the masses and private insurance for those who can afford it.
England and many other countries with socialized medicine have the 2 tier system.

I'm going through some major BS of the same variety. It's horrible.

The best advice is to be very vocal with your insurance company. Make them hear you. Contact HR at your company and whoever determines benefits. If you can get them to be actively involved, then the insurance company typically caves pretty quickly. They don’t want the decision makers to know how awful they actually are…
Threaten to lodge a complaint with the state insurance board. Sometimes that’s enough.
Just don’t let the insurance company get away with it.
