Vanderbilt hitting has woken up since the series finale at UK. They’re hot at the right time. I hate losing to Vanderbilt.

That is a really strange document. Its in Chinese, and English. Why do 64 lb dumbell bicep curls? 16 lb tricep stretch? 45 lb squat? good way to get injured by exercising one muscle group heavy over other. He doesnt strike me as being that dumb.
