I just wonder how much you have to eat to stay fat plating D1 college basketball.DJ Burns lost 45lbs to get workouts with NBA teams after not getting invited to the combine.
Good for him.... but also....
Sometimes you make life harder for yourself because you refuse to listen to those around you telling you how to improve... Barnes would've made him a great player and he would've kept his weight down here.
i bet we play several guys today.....Playing Stetson today.
All day everyday day, everyone should prepare to win.i bet we play several guys today.....
looking at how the bracket lines up from here, obviously having already lost, our margin for error is nill, but am i crazy to think the the path to Sunday really doesn't seem all that difficult?
i'd really like to win today.
we do that, honestly, i'd say mission accomplished. if we don't....i think the biggest thing that would bug me is just not finishing and going in to the ncaa on a downer. i don't think we tanked this, but i also don't think we have gone in to with the 'win at all costs' mentality either. i think it can be hard to just turn that on or off at will. of course, the good thing about a little time off before the ncaa is you go in full rest and have everything at your disposal.
i don't think either way is wrong/right.
but, when push comes to shove, i prefer winning.
I remember hearing years ago they recruit former college athletes.Article on former Vol Marquill Osborne, who is now a tire changer for Nascar's Joe Gibbs Racing.

One thing to do next time that won't affect kidneys at all is to immediately ice it. If you don't have ice on hand, a package of frozen veggies works.I can't take ibuprofen because it's hard on the liver. Anyone who has ever had liver problems is told to avoid ibuprofen.
I don't know about the next day. Ice it again, Doc, heat, or what? I'd be curious to know.Actually it’s Tylenol that’s tough on the liver.
Ibuprofen is tough on the kidneys.
