What can you tell us about what impact the NCAA reforms or fortifications (I can't tell which we're dealing with here) will have on our relation with the NCAA and our rising power? Is there any prospect that we can be treated justly going forward?

It also seems that bringing back a strengthened NCAA is a disaster unless something is going to change. And it seems that two things that NCAA tyranny require are (1) caps (so that they can ignore their pets exceeding them while going after rivals). And (2) seizing control of presently free-market NIL by rerouting NIL through the schools (which would enable them to reassert their unfettered power for the purpose of playing "friends and enemies."

Could I tag a long with question? I noticed this lawsuit(House) covers athletes back to 2016. What’s to prevent another/different lawsuit going back to 2006 or farther. I mean why stop at that particular year?
