I actually don’t think Beam was bad except for 2 HBP. He had a two different batters struck out.

84 pitches in 4.2 with only 50 being strikes, 2 HBP, 2 BB, throwing high in the zone with really bad waste pitches that would not entice anybody to chase. All of that has been repeating in many of his outings except the HBP.

It's in his head. The talent is terrific.
