,Trea Turner, Scherzer acquired in mid season trade deadlines. Never re-signed them

Lol Kershaw was Dodgers top draft pick. Justin Turner was worthless in New York for the Mets got him for chump change.

Freeman would've stayed in Atlanta if not for his agent playing bs games.
Jansen was a Dodgers draft pick as well.

Ohtani was going to play for Dodgers just got as much cash as he could. Yamamoto was also.

Bauer was a mistake. Only 3 bought players as you say on that list. Sorry Greinke came as a FA.
Kershaw - free agent contract in 21, 22, plus other big contracts
Jansen - free agent contract in 2017, plus other big contracts
J Turner - free agent contract in 2016 for 4 years/$64 mil

All were possible, including Ohtani and Yamamoto, because of Dodgers deep pockets, regardless of how you spin it. You’re ignoring the point, the Dodgers spend a lot of money on players.

I could add to the list with names likes Hill, Pollock, McCarthy…

A player doesn’t have to come from another team or be a free agent to sign a big contract. Good for them that they actually have a couple home-grown players. But they’ve also been able to keep players because of huge contracts

The Dodgers have maybe the highest revenue in baseball, and have the reputation of giving big contracts, i.e., buying players. That’s not just my opinion.
