FSU .012 higher BA and they hit 11 more HRs than UNC

Both have basically the same record against Q1 and Q2 teams

Didn’t think we had the arms to go the distance, our bats have saved us, and we’re managing arms very well. I’ve been surprised.

Would you be surprised to learn that FSU only had a .012 higher team BA and hit 11 more HRs than UNC this year?

Also UNC had a team 4.19 ERA (the best in ACC) and FSU a 4.94.

Also UNC won the regular season ACC title (22-8) and FSU went 17-12.

FSU has been a bit hotter coming in though. Their O has been on a tear since Regionals...continued today. Not taking anything away from NC, but I'd much rather play them. I think we beat whoever, though.

UNC or FSU I don't have a preference. Both could beat us. Make no bones there. I just hope they both burn a bunch of arms to get the win to face us. I'd probably rather play UNC, but they can hit too.

Congrats young man, I know your dad was proud. Got a text from one of my coworkers tonight who is a childhood high school teammate and lifelong friend talk to Dad right after the game and said he was out of his mind hype.
