The announcer read the starting lineup while it appeared on the screen. The crowd cheered everyone as their name was read...except Hadden...after which they booed. Call it what you will, but it was clear and inappropriate.

I was disputing the theory that the boos were directed at the Cocks. Although I will say t again, don't expect a church service to when you enter an environment primed for drunken revelry If you're expecting the the epitome of refinement and decorum you will be disappointed. Been going every time they open the doors for many many years, always been that way.

You can argue we should only have the positive. But we don’t. No one does. The more passionate the fanbase, the more wild the swings.

I just watched a replay of the game, and starting with SC's 4th or 5th possession, the coaches put Hadden one on one with their best WR, Legette. Except for the fake punt pass to him for 32 yards (with ST players on defense), Legette was held to 4 catches for 18 yards for the entire game.

Not bad for a player the fans hate for some reason.

Easy. The knife is same length as both apples. Start at base of knife and cut both apples at same time. I love the fandom arguments between who's more realist than anyone else. (Not at you, by the way.)

If fans were truly being realistic, we'd all admit that it's a game, played by kids and young adults that we will probably never meet, and unless we've bet diaper money on the outcome it won't have deep affect on any of our lives in the things that'll truly matter.

Yep! Butch Jones finally taught me that, I am dialed in for the games but regardless of outcome I move on pretty quickly these days.

A)Fan picks team, spends money on gear, tickets, NIL etc...... How else is fan supposed to show displeasure of the produce they are being given for their hard earned cash?

B) There's talk in here about role models and images, and how a lot of fans don't want us to look like UGA, Bama etc...... So how is Hadden acting a fool doing anything to promote the image fans want?

The Aggies never boo their team or opponents. They are a very gracious fanbase at their stadium. Win or lose.

Spite is the name of the game right now. Other people and entities are responsible for your happiness. Everything is about you, but if you aren’t happy, that’s someone else’s fault. It’s across the board. Even the RF was unbearable after the Florida loss. Plenty of posters in here do nothing but complain and then point out how crappy everyone else is. Self-reflection and responsibility are dead.
