Mizzou’s offense is ok. LSU’s defense is just booty cheeks. We will steam roll mizzou like the last 2 years
Hopefully. My worry would be it's a home game for them and refs love to screw us. I'd feel better if it were here in Knoxville.

Excellent. I put them in my garage and crawl space. Best pest control I have found.

LSU getting held all over the place
Our DL has been held all year with very very few called. We may have 30+ sacks if holding would get called. It’s gonna get worse I’m afraid next weeks. We all know refs won’t call jack against A&M, Bama (especially), and UK (Stoops starts screaming early and often to get the refs calling his way).

As sad as it is, I think it will depend on the outcome of other games.

If A&M beats Bama, then they'll get the preferential treatment as the West leader. If Bama wins today, then we will get the favorable call at home against A&M because we still have a chance in the East.

If Kentucky somehow wins today and stays undefeated when we show up. The refs are going to absolutely be biased.

Doubt it. I think we’ll win but I haven’t seen anything from our team yet that says we will steam roll any good team on the road. Mizzou is pretty good. And it’s tough to win in general on the road.

MORAN INVITATIONAL GAMEDAY BREAKDOWN

Undefeated (5-0) Big Newts Bootybrows (@bignewt) goes on the road to play SoilVol (4-1). BigNewt has been browbeating the competition this season, but had a nailbiter last week with his lowest offensive performance of the year.

Week 1: 137.4 - 97.9 W over @Garren04
Week 2: 167.06 - 135.8 W over Big Gucci Sosa
Week 3: 161.22 - 89.8 W over @Brillovol
Week 4: 180.56 - 138.32 W over @volbeast33
Week 5: 127.82 - 127.38 W over @Tennessee Golfer

SoilVol has had a solid start to the season and is sitting at 3rd overall.

Week 1: 138.44 - 124.2 W over @ReadCT
Week 2: 160.78 - 96.62 W over @drvenner
Week 3: 98.78 - 133.04 L to @franklinpence
Week 4: 164.4 - 160.96 W over Big Gucci Sosa
Week 5: 145.42 - 92.16 W over @volbeast33

Newt has scored 774.1pts for an average of 154.82 ppg. Soil has scored 707.8pts for an average of 141.56 ppg.

Star players out for each team today:
(Newt) Washington QB Penix #5 overall 35.4 ppg
(Newt) App State RB Noel #14 RB 18.9 ppg
(Newt) Oregon WR Franklin #3 WR 19.5 ppg
(Soil) Memphis RB Watson #6 RB 22.2 ppg

Based on the starting lineup average production, BigNewts team is expected to score 149.1pts, while Soil is vying for a major upset with 185.6 projected points.

Key matchups for each team:
The QBs - Soil's Brown (USF) taking on UAB (122nd against QBs). Newt's Hartman (ND) against Louisville (76th). Both teams need big numbers from their QBs.

The RBs - Newt fields the #1 RB in the country with Jeanty from Boise State. He averages 30pts a contest and matches up with SJSU... the 128th team against the run. Jeanty should FEAST today. Newt also has Henderson from Ohio State who is out today injured (but still in his lineup). It appears he will have to elevate Mockobee (Purdue) who averages 10pts a contest versus Henderson's 16. Purdue faces a stout Iowa defense (19th against the run).

Soil's Corum (Michigan) is a consistent producer. Michigan has put up big numbers this year but Corum could have a tough test against Minnesota's 27th ranked run defense on the road. This could also be an interesting game for viewers. Louisville's Jordon has put up some big performances this season, but struggled against NC State last week. He faces a Notre Dame defense today. Ott (Cal) has the toughest test against the 4th ranked run defense of Oregon State at home in a classic PAC12 After Dark matchup (10pm ET).

The WRs- Soil's M.Washington (UVA) has a good matchup against William & Mary (150th). UVA should use their best player early and often seeking their first win of the season. T.Washington (USC) always has an opportunity to make big plays with Caleb William's as his QB. They face Arizona today.

Newt will need big games from Ole Miss WR Harris against Arkansas (87th) and Rice WR McCaffrey against UConn (118th) to make up for the loss of Franklin this weekend.

Defense and Special Teams -
Both teams own the best kickers in the country right now (Fresno State and Texas A&M).

Newt has opted to field Texas A&M's defense against Alabama (79th offense) at home. Soil is starting Oklahoma's #1 defense on the road against Texas's 18th ranked offense. These are both huge contests that could impact this outcome.

And now, old man @Ulysees E. McGill will pick a headgear to put on....View attachment 585107

Culture change. Used to be a symbol of generally disapproved lifestyles. Now with younger generations it doesn't have stigma. Even amongst devout Christians (lots of crosses and scripture tats now). Younger generations (generally speaking) don't look at someone with tattoos and make judgements about their beliefs of lifestyle these days. My wife for example has 7 (I think) and I have none. Just a normal thing now.

Old verses about marking your body used to be used to forbid tattoos for both Jews and Christians. Same with women getting short hair cuts because our hair was considered our crown or whatnot.

Yep. More consideration for context has been taken.
