Recruiting Football Talk VIII

I bought this one on Amazon. It's actually a little bit more than it was a few weeks ago when I made my purchase. It still has a $50 off coupon right now. I use a fire stick to stream YouTube TV, ESPN, etc.

[1000 ANSI & Audio by dbx-tv] Alvar 4K Projector with WiFi and Bluetooth, NetfIix Certified & DoIby Audio, Auto Focus and Auto Keystone Native 1080P Smart Projector with HDR10+, 30W Speakers, Black https://a.co/d/dri3wIm

For my screen I just upgraded to the 150" one.

I mounted it the side of my house next to my patio. You can get screens that have self supporting stands.

As to Audio. The Projector has a built-in speaker but it's really not adequate. I have a Bluetooth speaker that I use. The Projector has Bluetooth but I've had issues getting it to connect so I just use an aux cable. I really want to improve my setup somehow to incorporate surround sound.
Muchas gracias, jefe.

I started watching football in the late 90s/early 2000s so my top 5 would look like this:

1. Jamal Lewis
2. Alvin Kamara
3. Arian Foster
4. Jalen Hurd
5. Travis Henry

D-Samp would be in a battle for 6th with Cedric Houston. Both just ahead of Jalen Wright and Travis Stephens.
Chuck Webb would be 1A on my list

I worked late tonight and just got home. Turned on TV and watched last 4 minutes of 1st quarter between Phoenix and LA Clippers. Neither team can buy a basket. Pitiful display of basketball. Multiple open shots missed. Boring basketball

Little Man

Never argued that. My response was to @Weezer that said the band was not mic'ed. I agree with you that this is not an issue. Just a pointless bye week discussion.
I said it wasn't mic'd 30 years ago when I was a member. I said I didn't know how it was today. I know how it was under Dr. Julian, and then Mr. Sparks. We weren't mic'd up back then. I'm not sure when they started using them.

Wait one damn second. You're telling me they let a Yeti in the band? I don't believe it.

Since I have been watching:

Tier 1
1. Webb
2. Lewis

Tier 2
3. Henry
4. Stephens
5. Sampson
6. Cobb
7. Stewart

Tier 3
8. Graham
9. Kamara ( just based off of college
10. Garner

Tier 4
11. Foster ( based off college)
12. Hardesty
13. Wright
14. Riggs
15. Hurd

You lost me at number 4, but not terrible

Jalen Hurd switched positions to WR and ended up being an All-Conference player in the Big 12 and got drafted in the 3rd round. He's as talented as anyone to ever come through the University of Tennessee. If he played on a team that had an even halfway decent offensive line he would have been a clone of Eddie George.

Chuck Webb and Jamal Lewis are the best running backs to ever play at Tennessee

I wish I got to see him and the other past greats play. But my earliest college football memories are from the 1999 season when Michael Vick led Virginia-Tech to the national championship game against Florida State.

Could anyone have predicted that Zach Edey would not have gotten a favorable whistle in the NNA and would foul out of G1 with <10 pts? ~sarcasm font~
Another conspiracy theory. People are claiming there were many outcome-altering no-calls in Edey's favor on the regular in college basketball? 🤣 They didn't balance out? How many hundreds of people in collusion did that take?
