Recruiting Football Talk VIII

As a former remote controller and antenna adjuster for my dad I’m offended 😂
Lol same. Didn’t matter where I was or what I was doing, “son, come turn the tv”

Annoyed me at the time, but looking back he worked so hard, no vacation or sick time, 12-16 hour days, he deserved to have someone change the channel for him

Do you guys think we’ll start to see more aggressive tempo from Heup now that other team is sure to be penalized for faking injuries?
I'll believe Sankey when I see it.

The memo in theory sounds great. In practice, it will be Sankey's word vs the team doctor. In the age of "player safety" that is not a battle he's going to fight.

I think you'll stop seeing egregious cases like that dumbass Bama fake injury. But all that really means is that coaches will be smarter about it. "If there's a big play, go down" will be explicitly taught. And Sankey is not gonna say **** if there's even a 5% chance on replay the player is really hurt.

Wolf ticket memos don't matter. It needs a rule change. Treat injuries and "injuries" the same. If a player gets hurt, he sits for the drive. You could start there.

Naw, I finally figured it out. Easy to calculate 5 clock minutes before reentry unless they use a team timeout to announce his return to play. Slow things down for sure. Safety first after all.

No, my SIL does and he's not having any luck.
find areas of deeper water, where white water exists. pools, riffles (ledges), or waterfalls. stocked fish are dumb. spend most of their lives in one general spot.

likely will be hungry in am if they were stocked.

The Doe in Roan Mtn, Middle Prong, even N Indian in Erwin remind me a lot of that pic.

Low water, conserve energy. Wait for food to come to them.. white water = oxygen and steady food supply. big fish take prime feeding spots.

always fished a lot of terrestrial and streamer patterns. finding places warm water enters the creek. I prefer a an almost downstream presentation. feel like casting that way stays in strike zone longer... hope that makes sense.
