Just learned that FIFA partnered with two universities: Tennessee and Michigan State to produce the turfs for the upcoming World Cup.

What do you have against either? Andraya especially is solid and a VFL to boot. I think we have options obviously, but those 2 came up that checked off the young and hungry boxes and Vols at heart. You could throw Dane in there too imo, not sure if as accomplished, but he's fun and an unrelinquished homer to boot.


Fwiw I know someone mentioned DW hiring someone from the outside, but to me announcing is different than coaching. You don't have direct skin in the game and, even if you don't show it explicitly all the time, you sort of need to be a homer in your heart.

Was at an event a few weeks ago where Vitello spoke and he couldn’t have talked any better about his relationship with Heupel and Barnes!

Vol fans are extremely lucky to have those 3 (and CKC) representing the most prominent sports on campus.
