That On3 tweet doesn’t actually properly represent his lawsuit. I thought it was just him being upset about some error with JuCo, but it’s basically just an excuse for him trying to basically change the rules. This is stupid. If this lawsuit succeeds, we’re going down the path of near unlimited eligibility.

That’s why this whole antitrust argument about college sports is stupid and horrible public policy. Next we will have people suing saying that NCAA rules that limit participation to students at the school violate antitrust law.
