Tyson vs Paul

Paul is currently +280 to win by decision.

Mike is totally going to let this white kid punch on him and let Paul win by decision, right? Then at the end of the fight he'll praise Paul and call him a real fighter, and say he has the heart of a champion or some lame nonsense. Then walk away with a ton of money for just showing up for sparring, basically.

Can't see Tyson messing up his money and knocking out Paul. Can't see Mike letting paul knock him out. Think it's gonna go to decision to let both sides keep some sort of pride while "legitimizing" Paul and making Tyson richer.

Thoughts?
It’ll be a “close” fight for views, tv, etc.

They will let Paul win, there’s no reason to have the fight and Tyson win it. Everyone would then be like, “what was the point of the fight”

If Paul wins, people can promote him as some big bad guy that beat Mike so they can keep making money off him and off us for tuning in. They know a name like Mike Tyson will have a ton of people watch, regardless of how old he is and who his opponent is. As you can tell by all the hype this fight is getting

I hope I’m wrong, and Mike just wins, but it makes more sense money wise to have Jake win and make him seem more “legit” for future fake fights.

“Everyone’s got a plan until they get punched in the face.”

- Mike Tyson

An already-limping offense takes another blow.

That’s a massive hit for them. Hit Frazier hard early and often, wrap him up, and he will cough up the ball. Gameplan has to be to shut the passing game down, and make them run the ball. I think we will see a lot of the 3 man fronts again.

We have to bust the door down and take advantage of it finally. Would absolutely love to see a 2022 LSU drubbing and shut them out.
People forget about that game when saying Heupel is bad on the road. LSU is tougher than Sanford. . . at least at night it is. Death Valley looked and sounded like about 80% Vols in the '22 game. Hopefully we can do that again, but at night this time. . . or maybe lobby for the game time to be moved to noon, 😂

UT - 52
Ole Miss - 14

UT opened an early 21-0 lead, scoring three unanswered touchdowns in the first quarter.

Tyler Bray had two touchdown passes in the frame and Eric Gordon returned an interception 46 yards for a score.

From there the Vols would never look back in what would be Dooley’s signature win in his brief tenure in the program, which did not last three full seasons. It was his only league win over an opponent other than Kentucky or Vanderbilt.

Tennessee, which led 31-14 at halftime, posted a dominant performance.

Bray went 19-of-34 for 323 yards and three touchdowns.

Tauren Poole ran for two touchdowns and Prentiss Wagner returned an interception for a touchdown. Justin Hunter had a pair of scoring receptions in the contest and Denarius Moore also caught a touchdown pass.

My now wife and I were at that game. It was fun. Justin Hunter with the early crossing route with a ton of YAC for a touchdown. That poor Ole Miss QB - Taamu or something like that - was hit over and over again.

Thought it was Masoli for Ole Miss that year.

I remember being scared that we were going to get torched by them because of what they did vs us in 2009. But we blew them out. That was a fun game to watch and one of the few bright spots of Dooley's tenure. Denarius Moore and Gerald Jones showed out and so did Hunter and Rogers. Future looked so bright with those two plus Bray slinging it.
